Vizada Networks in Slovakia Renews ISO 9001:2008 Certification

International Reference for Business-to-Business Quality Management

June 23, 2009 – Vizada Networks Slovakia, a member of the Vizada Networks group, a global leader in VSAT satellite communications solutions, has been recertified for the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2008 certification for its business management systems.

The new ISO 9001:2008 (a successor to former ISO 9001:2000) certification is an improved prestigious and internationally recognized award and serves as a quality of service management tool.  The certification recognizes Vizada Networks Slovakia’s business processes and practices as meeting strictly defined international benchmarks for quality of service.  ISO 9001:2008 recognition also means that Vizada Networks is officially recognized as meeting international business standards and is highly qualified to participate in public tenders.

As part of the certification process, the auditors thoroughly examined the company’s engineering activities, including information systems, design and operation to technical, HR, and administrative support.  The company’s design, training, and in-the-field IT support services and capabilities were also reviewed.
