Stefano Vittor, CEO, Vizada Networks
A graduate of University of Oslo with a degree in computer science, Stefano has over 20 years of hands-on strategic, business, and consulting experience in IT and telecommunications. He held several management, consulting, and executive posts in different divisions of the Telenor Group. Under his leadership, former Taide (now Vizada Networks) has grown into a successful business known for its high quality services and customer satisfaction. Stefano is also very much appreciated by his colleagues for his team-building skills.
Karin Haslestad, Director, Business & Operations
Formally educated as an auditor, Karin has held posts as financial director in the construction and IT industries. Employing a unique combination of expertise in key finance areas, along with practical, intuitive management and analytical skills, she has been an indispensable part of the company since 1998.
Carl Peter Møller, VP Sales & Marketing
Carl Peter has strong cross-functional understanding and solid hands-on experience in all main business processes: marketing, channel management, sales, technical support and customer care. Previous work experience includes 15 years in executive positions, mainly in mid-size and large companies. He joined Vizada, former Telenor Satellite Services, in May 2006 as Global Sales Director for Corporate Networks. Carl Petter is recognized for his energy, agility, and quick thinking & action, as well as for focusing on maintaining an outstanding team emphasizing service to customers.
Guntis Barzdins, CTO
With formal education in computer science (Ph.D) and ongoing professorship with University of Latvia, he also has 19 years of telecommunications and ISP business experience. In Taide (now Vizada Networks) he began his career in 1996 as Certified Cisco Systems Instructor (CCSI) and participated in the development of new flagship technologies, such as Taide BroadBand. Throughout the years he has been directly involved with wide range of satellite, data and voice technologies. Today he is responsible for technology and product development at Vizada Networks.
Eirik Haugerud, Director, Projects & Implementation
Being a graduate from the Technical University in Norway with a Master in Science degree, Eirik has more than 18 years of experience from the telecom industry. Throughout the years he held several management and executive posts in areas such as operations, sales, services, product - and project management. As head of Projects & Implementation at Vizada Networks, he is responsible for all customer projects, purchase and logistics, and space capacity planning.
Tom Løwehr, Director, Technical Operations
Tom joined former Taide Network as Sales Director in 2001, and has since then held several management positions in Taide and Vizada Networks. He was leading the setup of the Tanzanian operation and acquisition of a telecom operator license in 2007. With broad experience from both the satellite service industry and customer relations, he was pointed as Director for Technical Operations in 2010. Former experience includes >15 years in the ERP consultancy and software industry. Tom holds a Master degree from Norwegian School of Management.
